About the Program
ISSIC is conducting the Indore Smart City Accelerator supported by Dept. Of Science & Technology, GoI and Indore Smart City. The program will support 10-15 technology Entrepreneurs with a viable business plan providing Smart City solutions that support the administrations in enhancing their administrative efficiency and quality of life in the city.
Program Offerings
Grants up to INR 10 Lakhs and pilots with ISCDL for solutions that are found promising by respective city departments. Also, funding opportunity of upto INR 50 Lakhs from CIIE.CO

Startups with experience in monitoring Air Quality and solutions for enhancement of its quality in the city
Solar City Indore
Solutions supporting Indore City Administration in achieving a target of generating 300 MW of electricity through rooftop solutions in the next three years
City Cleanliness Initiative
Indore is recognised as the cleanest city in India, however, the fast expanding city needs solutions w.r.t sanitation, waste disposal, segregation, etc
City Safety & Security
Solutions facilitating the administration in ensuring the safety and security of the citizens through AI, IoT-enabled solutions

What is deadline to submit the application?

The applications are being accepted till October 7, 2023, 11.59 PM. Please note that the deadline will not be extended.
Can I submit more than one application for this program?
​
We strongly encourage you to think through and submit only one application for the innovation that you are most focused on building through. If you are submitting two applications for the same innovation, the duplicate application with less context and poorly articulated thoughts will not be taken forward.
Can I apply if I am not from India?
​
It is good that you are working out of other geographies, however, in this program, we are looking for startups registered in India with its founders and operations based out of India.
My startup has received grants / awards / equity investments, can I still apply to this program?
Yes, you can apply to this program, irrespective of having received grants or awards and having raised funds.
On what parameters are you going to evaluate my application?

We are looking for startups with a strong founding team, unique and innovative solution, alignment to the sector, and the potential of the business to scale.
